A GUIDE TO THE e-GALA & AUCTION

Family Meals, Charcuterie Trays and Desserts, and Pre-Auction Cork Pull 
For those who ordered meals and wine, those items can all be picked up on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. - Noon from the backside of Maytag Dining Hall on the campus of The Colorado Springs School. 

Register for Mobile Bidding; no e-Ticket required!
We encourage you to bid on auction items even if you can't "attend" the event. By registering with this site, you will be texted exciting updates. The silent auction on this mobile bidding platform will open the week before the event. 

Recommendations for your Living Room Tech Set-Up

• Find a comfy spot on your couch.
• Setup a laptop/desktop; maybe you can even be fancy and cast it to your big screen TV!
• Bring extra chargers and power strips to the party.
• Have your cell phone within arms reach for auction bidding on your phone.
• If you have difficulty connecting, we will push out the video of the virtual program via email.

10:00 a.m. - Noon. Come to campus to pick up your pre-purchased meals and wine if you ordered any.

7:00 p.m. Join the ZOOM Link for the virtual program (ZOOM Link sent in eblasts and text messages)

7:05 p.m. - Netiquette overview:

• Please mute yourself
• Have fun with the chat feature - Say hello! Give shout-outs! Engage.
• Reminder young kids are listening and nearby. Keep it family-friendly!

• CSS will run a virtual program with videos celebrating testimonials and talents.
• Raise Your Paddle Donation opportunity
• Entertainment: Be impressed by the talents of our students
• Mobile bidding continues online with Silent Auction at css21.givesmart.com

8:15 p.m. - Let's Dance
Time for a Living Room Dance Party with DJ Dumplin' Hayden Hocate '20. You may remember Hayden from last year's dance party!

9:30 p.m.

• Silent auction closes!
• Checkout/pay links are sent.
• Thank you for coming!

Pick up winning Auction Items: Tuesday, April 20, 2021 - Friday, April 23, 2021, 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
You may pick up your auction items in front of the Trianon from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Look for the auction table staffed by gala volunteers for assistance in claiming your winning items and certificates.
